No. The guest pays PsychNow directly at checkout. Your property is not billed.

Can we get credit for referrals?

Use ?ref=hotel-yourproperty in links you share (e.g. hotel-charleston). We see the source on paid requests so we can thank you and prioritize your guests.

Is this for emergencies?

No. For emergencies, call 123 or send the guest to ER. PsychNow is for non-emergency psychiatric consultations — typically medication refills tourists cannot get at a pharmacy without a Colombian physician.

Will a doctor come to any hotel in Cartagena?

Yes — Bocagrande, Getsemaní, Manga, airport hotels, and cruise-port properties. The guest provides the room or meeting location in the request form.
