What should I do right now?
Most medication problems in Cartagena do not need a $600 home visit. Start here — we'll point you to emergency care, a pharmacy, or a psychiatrist only if you need one.
Educational guidance only — not medical advice. PsychNow is a marketplace that connects you with independently licensed physicians. We are not a hospital, IPS, or crisis line.

I'm unsafe or in crisis
If you are suicidal, can't keep yourself safe, or need urgent medical care, do not use this website. Call Colombia's emergency line or go to the nearest emergency room now. Home-country lines (US 988, UK 111, etc.) do not dispatch help in Colombia.
Call 123 (Colombia)PsychNow is for non-emergency psychiatric consultations only.

I need a controlled medication / a doctor at my door
Xanax, Klonopin, Ritalin, Ambien, and similar require an in-person Recetario Oficial. Pharmacies will not sell them without it. If that's you, request a visit.
